Jane M. Maloney is President of InterAction, a talent development firm she founded over 30 years ago. As an Executive Coach (MCC), Team Coach (ITCA), facilitator, and trainer for leaders, managers, and teams, Jane helps organizations increase the value they create for customers, stakeholders, and team members.
